While we strictly screen suppliers for quality and packaging standards, we cannot fully control production details, minor batch differences, or supplier shipping delays caused by manpower, factory stock shortages or logistics suspension.

All natural crystal stones contain inherent natural traits including mineral veins, cotton lines, tiny natural cracks, slight color deviation, uneven transparency and minor surface blemishes. These are unique natural mineral features and shall not be defined as product defects, and we will not provide free reshipment, full refund or compensation for such natural conditions. Product photos are taken under natural light; screen brightness, display color difference and shooting light may cause slight visual color gaps between pictures and physical items, which are not grounds for disputes.

Standard orders only include shockproof bubble wrap and soft velvet storage pouch; hard gift boxes are not included by default. Gift box service is an optional paid upgrade at checkout. We are not liable for shipping delays, customs detention, import duties, tax fees, local logistics distribution delays, package loss or damage caused by uncontrollable factors including customs inspection, bad weather, peak shopping seasons, international policy adjustments and local postal service failures. All import taxes and customs charges shall be borne by buyers.
