# Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may reach us at mailto:benny_yik@163.com for any return‑related questions.

## Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we may review and resolve the issue.

## Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom‑made items (including special orders or personalized goods), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

## Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.

## EU 14‑Day Cooling‑off Period
Notwithstanding the above terms, for orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

## Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund transaction.
