1. Eligibility of Users

1. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on this website. Minors under 18 are not allowed to purchase without legal guardian’s consent.
2. When placing orders, you promise to submit true, accurate and complete personal information including shipping address, contact email and payment information. You shall be solely responsible for delivery failure caused by wrong or incomplete address information you provided.

2. Dropshipping Operation Description

• We will arrange third-party suppliers to produce, pack and deliver goods directly to your shipping address after payment confirmation.
• We cannot fully control temporary stock shortage, slight batch difference, production delay caused by supplier manpower, raw material shortage and factory shutdown. We will notify you in time once out-of-stock occurs and provide refund or order rescheduling solutions.

3. Product Description & Natural Crystal Statement

1. We try our best to ensure product pictures, size, material and introduction are accurate. However, slight color deviation may exist due to shooting light, mobile screen brightness and monitor difference, which will not be regarded as product defects.
2. All natural crystal stones naturally contain cotton lines, mineral veins, tiny natural inclusions and slight surface textures. These are unique mineral characteristics and not manufacturing flaws. No compensation, free reshipment or full refund will be provided for such natural features.
3. All healing energy, chakra balancing, mental relief and wealth-attracting descriptions are only for spiritual collection and entertainment reference. Crystal ornaments are pure decorative accessories, not medical supplies, and cannot replace professional medical treatment.

4. Pricing, Payment & Order Rules

1. All prices displayed on the website are denominated in US dollars, excluding international shipping fees, import duties and local tax fees. We reserve the right to adjust product prices and promotional activities without prior notice.
2. If obvious typographical errors, system price bugs or abnormal discount prices appear on the page, we have the right to cancel the abnormal orders unilaterally and fully refund payments to customers.
3. We support PayPal, credit card and other authorized payment channels displayed on checkout page. All payments shall be completed before order processing. We will not arrange delivery for unpaid orders.
4. Order cancellation: Customers can apply to cancel orders before suppliers arrange shipment. Once goods are dispatched, order cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Shipping, Customs & Liability

1. Standard delivery cycle is 10–25 business days for US/Europe, 7–18 business days for Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Delays caused by customs inspection, peak logistics season, weather and international policy are beyond our control.
2. All import duties, customs clearance fees and local handling charges shall be borne by buyers. We will declare goods at reasonable low value to reduce customs costs for customers.
3. We provide shockproof bubble packaging for all crystal products. Hard gift boxes are not included in standard orders; gift box packaging is optional paid service at checkout.

6. Return, Refund & After-Sales

1. Damage, missing or wrong goods claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery with complete unboxing photos or videos as valid proof.
2. Due to high international return logistics cost and customs risk, we do not support returning goods back to China warehouse. For qualified quality problems, we only offer free reshipment or partial/full refund.
3. Subjective dissatisfaction, disliked style, natural crystal texture and overdue after-sales application will not be eligible for refund or free reshipment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All texts, pictures, logos, layout, graphic design and copywriting on this website belong to [Store Name]. Any unauthorized download, screenshot, reprint, secondary editing and commercial resale is prohibited.
2. Patterns, prints and accessories on individual crystal jewelry are provided by third-party suppliers. We only sell finished jewelry and do not hold the copyright of independent patterns. If any intellectual property dispute occurs, we will cooperate with relevant institutions to handle it.
3. Customers shall not upload pictures, comments or review content involving copyright infringement, obscene, violent, slanderous and illegal information to our website. We have the right to delete improper content without notice.

8. Prohibited Behaviors

1. Hacking, attacking, scanning or interfering with the normal operation of the website system;
2. Using false identity, stolen payment information or fraudulent means to place orders;
3. Maliciously placing bulk orders, repeated after-sales applications and false dispute claims to disrupt normal operation;
4. Copying a large number of our product pictures and texts for commercial competition without permission;
5. Using the website for any illegal transaction violating local laws.
